The recipe, from Loving Every Second, calls for a can of peaches but if you have fresh all the better in our book. We like adding fresh fruit whenever possible. Michelle tells us her secret is adding some of the peach syrup from the can. I love cupcake recipes that call for applesauce. It definitely seems to be healthier and makes sweeter cupcakes.
